Hi all.
Just looking for a bit of advice in a punt I'm having this week. Booked the Hilton garden Inn at Brindley place. Just wondering if anyone had booked this recently and if you need a key card for the lifts? I like my punts to come directly to my room rather than meet them in the public eye at reception. Thanks in advance.

Why not make a general enquiry to the hotel if a key card is required for the lifts? I'm sure they'll know. Or look on their website, you'll generally find that the people who work there might know.

It didn’t when I stayed there a couple of years ago.

Anyone know if Jury’s Inn across the road from it has key card lifts?

No key card at Jury Inn when I visited about four/five weeks ago  :hi:

I'm due for a punt in the Crowne Plaza by New Street soon.
What is it like in there for getting in the lifts?

Haven't been there since 2017 but I had no issues then, walked straight to the lifts no problem.

malmaison you get lifts to first floor without a keycard and can then walk to rooms via stairs

It’s a walk past reception, with no keycard access, I was there a few weeks ago from work.

If you’re visiting then look at trip advisor pics for layout of the foyer.
