Why do WGs lie about age

Bloody hell are you all newbie punters or what? I learnt years ago not to trust the ages prossies claim to be. Does anyone remember the "good" old days before the internet, before AW, before EE girls? You had a phone number and the maid described the prossie you were going to meet nothing short of the next Miss World. After being stung a couple of time those days I always added 10 years to the age they gave me. Fuck those maids were amazing, better than estate agents to describe shit and make it look like diamonds. If I had a maid she would make me sound like I'm hotter than Brad Pitt.

Anyway, it's so much easier now with the internet and photos (as long as they are not fake or photoshopped) to judge how much they reduced their real age by. At least we're not going totally blind as we used to all those years ago.

It doesn't bother me anymore, I take it as advertising (see my previous post) and depending on the profile I add between 5 to 10 years. Having said that, I really don't mind what age the prossie I'm seeing is as long as I find her hot enough to fuck. I reckon 99% of the prossies I've ever fucked have been younger than me anyway

No need to feel bloody cheated, read profiles with a HUGE pinch of salt and follow other punters advice and reviews.

You might be heading the wrong way there. If I see a photo that doesn't match the age I discount her without any further thought. There are a few that are honest, and they are probably honest about other things too, which the average girl is certainly not. Age lying is a good indicator of a lot of things - including an assumption that we're so thick we don't notice.

You must discount virtually every girl out there there then, unless you're not great at judging ages. Profiles with a genuine age are rare enough that I'm genuinely surprised every time I see one. I'd estimate 1 in 100 profiles state the girl's actual age.

Katie - I'd never actually recommend someone lies about this, as it's always lovely to find a genuine girl for a change, and it gives me a great impression of the girl's attitude when I do. However, in all honesty, you might be doing yourself out of some bookings by not lying.

Excellent advice. Of course there are a lot of newbie punters so they wouldnt know what punting was like pre-net, and lucky for them they dont, just wish i had had such a resource as this site when i started punting.

Not everyone lies though but punters always assume that we have all knocked off 5 - 10 years and I often get clients say you don't look in your forties and I tell them I am not that's why and they then say they assumed I lied as everyone else does.

I admit when I first started I did lie as I made myself out to be a few years older than I was to put off the under 25s as I did not think I would be comfortable seeing them.  Its now accurate and I realise how stupid I was as it did not make any difference and I found not all young lads are cocky gits and I could relate to some of them

21 = at least 28 but could be 40
Size 8 = size 12 maybe, possibly size 14 or bigger
Enthusiastic = maybe she'll actually care if you get a good service if you catch her on a good day
New = been on the game for over 10 years, since she was 18
Luxury flat = the moldy walls got painted earlier this year and the jonny bins get emptied at least weekly

In my experience, and obviously not set in stone, but a good approximation:

18 = 18-22
19 = 21-24
20 = 23-28
21 = 25-30
22/23 = 28-34
24/25 = 30-39
26-30 = 35-45
30-40 = 40-60

Haha thanks but I don't work all that often anyway so I'm kept busy when I do. :-) I always like the look on a clients face when they see I'm not older as they probably expect I would be.

Because they think they can get away with it. The same as lying about offering OWO, anal or kissing if no cunt complains they still get paid. I don't buy the notion that we should expect prossies to knock 10 years off their age. I went through a stage of wanting to see prossies under 30, imagine my disappointment when a 27 year old was about 35 and a crap shag. That was in my punting infancy, now I would have walked and left a negative review for the inconvenience which at best would help her improve.

Any prossie that comes on UK Punting and justifies lying about their age to punters, doesn't fit in with the ethos of this forum in my opinion. Age is a critical criteria for many punters, including myself. I don't want to punt some 20 something and find out I've booked somebody 10 years older. I don't give a fuck about them changing things to suit searching criteria. Not my problem.

Is it acceptable to buy a car advertised as two years old and find out it's in fact 5 years old, even if it runs just as well? No, of course it isn't. And nor is it acceptable to lie to punters.

 I look for good selection of photos nice profile, nice attitude on the phone never been disappointed.  If they look younger look good, give a great punt then thats all that matters I am only with them for half hour or hour I aint marrying them.

You may well not give a shit but other punters do. When they advertise, they're not advertising to you as an individual, are they? They're advertising to everybody, who has the cash to pay.

Why are you trying to apply social norms for some women to a paid activity, where they profit mightily? Adultwork isn't a fucking dating site. Advertising something you are not, is deception, whether you're happy to be deceived or not. You'll find that prossies who openly admit to deceiving punters don't hang around here that long.

I've only known one do that. Said she was 23, and was.

Some of my other fave girls from the past: '18' was 28. '29' was 34. And '22' was around 36.

There was nothing wrong with any of these women. They were great and I saw them repeatedly. But they were convinced that telling the truth would somehow harm their ability to attract business, even as punters were lining up at their door(s).

At 30 I don't lie either but I am regularly advised by clients to knock a few years off as I look around 24/25 but that's not something I would feel comfortable with. I like that 30 attracts clients more my own age and above as I do not like to see the younger ones so much as we have less in common.

Think that lying about the age has less to do with attracting punters but more with how girls feel about themselves. That age old fear of getting old and "past it" I should imagine. I am very comfortable being 43 and don't concern myself with whether I look it or not. I have been told I look younger as well, which I interpret as an attempt at flattery, but also that I look older. It is all very subjective, like everything else.
