Just found this on the Wales Online Facebook page. Seems to involve Portfolio and mentions them appearing on TV.

no idea apart from the obvious false advertising luring young girls in with promisses if 300 an hour even some one with half a brain who looks at his website girls are advertised at 160ph so doesnt add up i know some agencies ask you to sign disclaimers nothing major just a promise not to claim benefits to reg with hmrc that sort of thing but no legally binding stuff
