Hepatitis A outbreak Liverpool / Merseyside

I was working in one of the Liverpool clinics today and got a heads-up that there's a badly virulent Hepatitis A outbreak around Liverpool / Merseyside. Five or six seriously ill in hospital at the moment.
At present its only affected men - and they were described to me as "men who practiced sex with other men". The implication as I understood it was not that they were all gay, but may have been with TS / ladyboys. Whatever, be careful.
At the moment no working girls have presented with this strain of the disease, but the feeling is its only a matter of time - especially among the street girls / needle users / parlour girls. Basically anyone who doesn't have the time / inclination to practice basic hygiene. Or wash.

I'm sure you all do, but safe sex would seem to be a good idea at the moment. Wash your hands, wash your cock after sex, use a condom, avoid unprotected oral, be careful with anal and don't go rimming!
The STD clinics are trying to innoculate as many "at risk" men as possible - I'm not sure if straight punters come into that category. Yet.

Given the amount of guys that go on about anal on here, I don't think any sector of society can be held responsible. If a guy on here sees eg 6 different escorts in a year.
