Just seen in local paper the building that houses the lotus spa is to be sold as converting to residential - so assume it’s curtains for the lotus spa - hope she can find somewhere else ASAP

£169950 btw - which ain’t bad for a town centre property

170k might not have been a bad investment to rent it back to her

last look at the place i guess.... some of us know that room well

.... hopefully they'll find a new location, it's got to have been making enough to make it viable, and the group seemed well connected for rotating girls.

That's not good news. Have had many a HE there, as well as a few BJ & even some FS ... all over the last 6 years.

What's the next best local option/s? Anyone got recommendations? (once the current flap is over, of course!)

As someone who passes through Newbury quite often, wouldn't mind hearing some more details on this. I always thought Newbury was quite dead, apart from the Lotus Spa or random touring girl passing through.

Would be very keen to get more details, I pass through regularly and often enjoyed spending an hour at Lotus, it will be a loss to the area.

For new premises because lease ended so look out
For a new lotus spa in newbury at some point

I can see nothing in "Avg_Joe"s last 30 posts or so which indicate "White Knight" behaviour or anything else to warrant a ban.

Maybe he was sending PMs or making "Reports to mods" that we don't know about
