Which PAYG sim for surfing and punting?

Not sure if this has been covered before.
My job requires me to visit various places in the South East, so I want a punting sim to allow surfing of the various escort sites.
Most have an adult bar, which requires identifying myself via a credit card, which is a no no for anonymity.
How or which sim doesn't require this verification other than lycamobile. I have used them in the past but it works out quite expensive, so wondering what others use.
Some punters mention using a proxy server, but that doesn't mean much to me

I've used many different PAYG sim cards, from most of the big players, in the current market.

IMO, 3 offer the best rates (3-2-1, deal), good coverage and least hassle.

Setting up a proxy is the way I got around it when I had the issue in the past. No biggie on a decent smart phone.

google is your friend if it doesn't mean much.

Some guy on here said Asda mobile was worthwhile so I tried it out. Works a treat for me, £5 a month for all the texts, calls and 500mb of data I need in my punting phone.

Its faster way to get you, to spend credit. Depending on what type of user, you are!


I normally top up £10 on a sim card with 3 and I just run the credit down.  Or bin the sim card, as and when its of no use to me (any more). Some times its takes months, as I have a number of different sim card (which I find useful for punting).

3p a minute, 2p a text and 1p a MB of data

Whatever you chose, make sure you're happy to throw it in the bin if need be.

I actually couldn't tell you sorry. My punting phone is a brick! Maybe someone else can confirm? I reckon UKP is fine, but AW might be restricted.

So far I've not had any hassle, browsing UKP/UKE or A/W etc on 3.
