That's what I came on for but got wrapped up in replying to other posts.

The message says this:- This domain name is currently for sale, your business could be listed here. Get in touch with us and get your business found online today!

I tried several links to there website and they all came up with the same message.

Their website is cursed. Dodgy developers and now they've forgotten to pay the bills on the provider.

We are about to publish a statement on the other side.

We are aware that our main website and all our subsidiary sites we taken down at exactly 5pm this evening.

1. We are currently in a legal dispute with Unitel over failure to provide contractual services, namely a website, SEO services and hosting.

2. We are currently awaiting for a date for this to be heard in court.

3. We own the website and the domain name(s) in question.

4. Further appropriate legal action is being issued at 9am tomorrow morning to prevent the unauthorised sale of our property.

5. We are currently working on an interim website as a stop gap whilst our issues are being resolved.

As the matter is currently sub judice, we cannot comment any further at this point.

We would like make it clear that we are still in business, it is business as normal and we cannot comment on any specifics on the case.

It’s our website - well the one that they had to reconstruct when they lost the original Bonds of Newcastle one when they finally transferred hosting after they tried to convince us their shite knock of version of Taste Newcastle’s site was better than what we had...

It’s not going to be over soon unfortunately. But I think we have enough in place to keep us going in the interim. I mean , their SEO work was so successful we once appeared on the 4th page of google...

I've had to get people out of Unitel contracts in the past where they've been locked into electricity or phones contracts.
Bunch of crooks.
But you'd have thought Bonds would have recognised them for what they are..............

Hindsight is a fabulous thing.

My business partner entered into the contract(s) with them prior to me becoming a partner.

Whilst we have been preparing the case we have heard some absolute horror stories about them.

We are aiming to have a small website up and running within a few days on a domain we entirely own.

It’s not been the easiest of weeks but , touch wood, it’s not fundamentally affected anything.

People from outside the region don't like agencies.

That's not an insult, it is being stated as a fact. People from outside the north east don't like agencies.

People from inside the northeast have little issue with them and use them often.

I don't use agencies or haven't up to now but Bonds do have some quality on there books so I was kinda swaying towards a booking, I thought he meant something sinister..

They serve a really good purpose in my opinion. And the Police in the region don't have any real issue with them either - they have even setup specialist DLO liaison officers with their sole purpose to work directly with them.

While that goes on, I will still book through them happily.

Other regions police forces don't do that and come down hard on them.
