I saw Serena a couple of times last year. I found her to be very enthusiastic and just the sort of cute girly type that floats my boat. Then I made the 'mistake' of asking her about something on her likes list - I asked if she really offered facials. Next thing I knew, my emails to her were deleted unread. I had been blacklisted, so, she's obviously very sensitive about any sort of explicit conversation via email. It's a real shame because I would definitely have seen her again.
So, I can recommend her, just make sure you don't say anything rude to her via email!
