I know for a fact – straight from the whore's mouth*, as it were – that, when the good doctor performs an "introduction", he takes a full 50% of the girl's earnings as his commission. Which I find profoundly shocking.

The guy is a grade 'A' cunt, a controlling little weevil who lures new girls in (he obviously regularly trawls AW to look for them) and 'helps' them set up their profiles. He then controls the profiles, as well as controlling the girls with his Alpha male bullshit.
He steals all the revenues from the PG and Videos in which he appears with the girls, barebacking them. He doesn't let them go Indie, or if they do they have to start a new profile all over again.
He controls the girls, and has history for hitting them too, apparently nearly blinding a girl once? There's bits and pieces about him on here.
I believe one girl got as far as taking him to court over stuff like this, and I think he was found guilty?
