How do you manage your Hot List??

Does anyone have this problem? During any one evening reading this forum I will find myself having to deal with up to half a dozen 'must visits' they get added to my AW Hot List which has grown to thirty odd and becomes unmanageable.
My question is how do you guys condense, store and add a note to remind you of why any particular girl is on your hit list.

Last week I had some spare time and so I went through my list and deleted anyone who's been on it for longer than a year and who I haven't seen.

The way I see it is I haven't seen them within a year I probably won't be.

I have one list for all the girls I've seen as I like to see what they've been up to/are doing since I saw them and some are also repeat prescriptions. I also put ones I defo will see in this list but it's becoming a bit unwieldy now so might have to do some filing one day.

When you say list are we talking paper based like in a 'punter' book? I thought of that but, bloody hell if the misses ever found it! So I end up trying to carry it all in my head and that don't really work.

I have 14 hotlists plus one special one entitled shortlist.  Shortlist contains girls from my other hotlist who are top priority and I shuffle them around a lot.  All of the other hotlists contain girls in various categories as follows...

cheap price
blonde
massage only
nice verification pic
pornstar
party girl
swallows cum
Latin
local
new
uniforms!

Yeh a bit geeky I know but it helps me to have lots of girls in hotlists as I tend to book last minute and I'll spend an hour just calling one after another "whore dialing" until I find one who's free in the next 30 mins to suck my nuts.

My lists are more about geography - how far do I have to travel for a quality pop.

New additions will typically stay in the default hot list until categorised and entered into the master spreadsheet. Which is of course versioned, so any change in price etc can be seen over time. Aye, it's a full time job  And you do get to track phone numbers over time too.

I've got a few of hot lists:
Girls I've seen - with notes on how the punt went & whether I would see them again, indication of services, looks, age correct etc.
Would like to see - as it says but with girls who don't fall into the category below.
UKP recommended - girls locally with positive reviews by punters on here.
No no's - thought they looked good, pvt gallery revealed otherwise, add notes to that effect.
Webcam - I occasionally partake, so I've got a couple of good girls noted.
UKP - have one with the UKP prossies (or ex UKP) in it, Dani, Strawberry, Rebecca, Louse & Vickie Pollard etc...

Sadly, I think I've got more in my blacklist than any other list these days. I occasionally do a search in my locality & tick likes "bareback" then "unprotected sex", any girl that come up goes in. Any girl badly reviewed on here and backed up by others goes in. Any girl who really doesn't do it for me goes in. Likewise any PG scammers, Romanians or obvious fakes. Always log in to search these days so that they aren't shown in searches. Reduces my search results significantly, but at least rules out the blacklisted prossies.

What's the problem? as long as you are registered on AW you can create as many hotlists as you like. You can move prossies from one hot list to another simply by pressing "add to hotlist" and then choosing a different hotlist. When you have hotlisted a prossie a "notes" button will appear next to her name where you can write any reminders you like. On some browsers, the notes in a hotlist will pop up as you pass the mouse over them. As long as your AW password is protected, your notes are protected. However, they disappear if a girl deletes her profile (though not if she just changes her name).

Okay, dumb question time: can a girl be in more than one list?

Not as far as I know.
