I live close to St Albans but quite honestly there's currently no one there I can recommend.
If you were able to get out to Kings Langley, Girlfriend Emma xx is good although she gets rather booked up. And if you could get to Hemel Hempstead then CameltoePussy is nice. She's just a bit south of Hemel before you get to Apsley, There are several good choices in Stevenage- Simply Louise is tip top and I'm fond also of Alice in Wonderland though she is a bit unreliable. I would avoid Luton if I was you. Down here it's called PooTown.
Watford is about to be in tier 3 so I suggest you don't tell anyone you're trying to book that that is where you're staying.
