The netherlands have a lot to offer my friend. Amsterdam is a famous city for all good reason. Rotterdam and De Hague also have a lot of nice things. Utrecht does not have so much I am afraid but still woth checking out. The 4 cities are also known as the "randstad". Everything is well connected here in 40 minutes by train you can be in each of the 4 mayor cities. Do you like clubs? Or walking past the windows? If you fancy a change.... Madrid is a good option. Lots of independents and flats

If you feel a bit more adventurous go to Barcelona, rent a car and head down the coast on the N 340 rd, not the motorway. Clubs (brothels) open from about 4pm till 3/4am and can be spotted by the large flashing neon "club" signs. Also many private villa/ apartments with several girls. Head as far as Cambrills beyond Reus and you should seen 10 or more clubs. Cheap accomodation in Salou or Reus

Normally minimum of 10 girls to choose from and maybe up to 50 or so

What crackdown?

The Berlin government recently cracked down on the practice of renting entire apartments to tourists. I've not read all the rules but essentially it's to stop properties in Berlin being bought mainly for the purpose of letting through AirBnB and similar platforms, thus driving up local house prices and depriving Berliners of accommodation they could otherwise rent or buy.

I believe you can still rent entire properties through AirBnB but that mustn't be the property's primary purpose for the majority of the year.

Private Rooms/Shared Rooms are unaffected as far as I know.

Back on topic, my own answer would be, after Berlin, anywhere warm! Spain, Greece, Morocco. Few years since I've had fun in Italy but that was pretty good too. Even the south of Germany is a bit warmer.

Barcelona/Madrid has been on my punting targets for a while. It is a shame that Italy has such a crap punting scene because that would be my dream punt location.

Is it really? Quite a while since I was in Italy so I'm not adding a lot. Did Florence, some park where they wander up and down (I don't remember the name but found it online, might have been Parco delle Cascine as that's the one that shows up now though it sounds like its reputation has gone maybe down). Met a hot one there, went to a short time place at the end of the park. I do find Italian women a bit more passionate than some nations though I expect like most places it gets overrun with illegal immigrants these days. Depends what you want really. Germany is almost push-button on-a-plate so saves a lot of time. Florence however is a rather beautiful city as long as ou can get laid.

Always find the South of France good for that sun/girl combo. Never looked for clubs though but plenty of fancy hotel bars and online ads from English speakers if your French is not up for it.
Even had success in Gran Canaria with both an English aw holidaying there and a local hot Pole through a local ad, who hardly spoke any English but provided a great service!

Before you leave Germany you should try other german cities.

Have you tried the NRW areas, the areas around Cologne, Dusseldorf, Dortmund, Monchengladbach. There are a lof of Partytreffs in NRW. Accomodation to NRW areas is more expensive than Berlin but it is much easier to get a bargain flight ticket.
