Best in Chester or surrounding areas?

Will be staying in Chester over the next few days and I have never punted here before or anywhere this far north to be honest.

I'm looking for recommendations for Chester and the surrounding areas if possible, personally I'm looking for SPs that are under 35, top tier looks facially and provide a great service.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
