Do you mean AW reverse bids, where a punter puts up details and a prossie offers bids.  :unknown:

There used to be the ability to do this on AW as well as have £1 bids and it was a lucky draw however AW stopped this as they would then be profiting from escort bookings which is illegal

IIRC they were subject to wholesale abuse. Frequently the girl didn't flog all the raffle tickets and so the prize draw didn't happen but she still had the credits from those who had bought tickets. If all the tickets were bought the girl would choose a 'random' winner which invariably was her most liked regular - there was no automated functionality in the system to pick a truly random winner on behalf of the pro$$ie. It was a dreadful system and it's good it's gone.

I have to disagree with you there - I actually had a couple of wins (from girls I'd never seen before) so either the girls in question didn't have regulars (unlikely) or the system wasn't always "rigged". I believe that there was a genuine (AW controlled, not prossie controlled) random choice.

Also I had a case where the prossie left the site /went unobtainable before the auction had ended. I reported this to AW and got my credits refunded.

I was sad to see it go myself - the "Fuck me for a fiver" auctions were no more than you'd spend on the lottery, had better odds, and were much more fun when you won  :D
