I've used them in combination and when taking whole tablet (100mg + 60mg) I passed out a couple of times. Did my own research and believe the problem was a drop in blood pressure. The solution was drinking plenty of water after taking the tablet. the blackout happened three years ago and since making sure I am properly hydrated no passing out.
There's two approaches maybe...
Ask your doctor (who does the research, at least in theory)
Or do the research yourself... first of course.
The American approach seems a little different, as in this ad. They advertise millions of drugs like this, together with all the small print on how any drug might pretty well kill you. Then the viewer is on a similar footing and makes it easier for the doctor to prescribe.
I don't like the way they push so many drugs on people but what I do like is the way they list a lot of side effects within a 30-second ad.

External Link/Members OnlyFortunately the side effects of viagra and other ED meds are
usually mild for
most people. You could compare viagra deaths to road accident deaths but statistics aren't as relevant IMO as to how careful you are about crossing the road or taking drugs. I'm pleased you sussed out what the specific problem was
for you and managed to fix it.
