a bit of advice please
I have used Sildenafil to help with erection problems and its been a great success each time but always seem to cum quickly.
I have also used Priligy tablets to help with premature ejaculation, again with great results but can never keep an erection.

my question has anyone ever used both at the same time and what have been the results/side effects ?

Ive only ever used Sildenafil, and in common with a lot of other men, have had the opposite problem to you... difficulty in cumming!

A quick look online about using Dapoxetine (Priligy) and Sildenafil seems to turn up conflicting information.....

This research paper, concludes there are no adverse drug interactions between the two.

but this page ( External Link/Members Only )I found when looking for side effects for dapoxetine/priligy has the following paragraph of advice in it.

"Priligy must not be used in combination with PDE5 medicines used to treat erectile dysfunction, such as sildenafil, tadalafil or vardenafil. This is because these medicines also lower blood pressure, and combined use may increase the risk of dizziness and fainting."

 :unknown:

I guess the person to ask would be a doctor!

The manufacturers of Sildenafil, Tadalafil and Vardenafil all advise against concomitant use with Dapoxetine.

I've used them in combination and when taking whole tablet (100mg + 60mg) I passed out a couple of times. Did my own research and believe the problem was a drop in blood pressure. The solution was drinking plenty of water after taking the tablet. the blackout happened three years ago and since making sure I am properly hydrated no passing out.

Which goes to show how important personal body reactions are -- not a one answer to all as people often look for. Btw the two drugs are sold as s single combination tablet in some countries.

There's two approaches maybe...

Ask your doctor (who does the research, at least in theory)
Or do the research yourself... first of course.

The American approach seems a little different, as in this ad. They advertise millions of drugs like this, together with all the small print on how any drug might pretty well kill you. Then the viewer is on a similar footing and makes it easier for the doctor to prescribe.

I don't like the way they push so many drugs on people but what I do like is the way they list a lot of side effects within a 30-second ad.

Check out this, an arthritis ad featuring a young hottie and a reassuring voice telling you all the horrible things that can happen.

Fortunately the side effects of viagra and other ED meds are usually mild for most people. You could compare viagra deaths to road accident deaths but statistics aren't as relevant IMO as to how careful you are about crossing the road or taking drugs. I'm pleased you sussed out what the specific problem was for you and managed to fix it.  :hi:

If the op cums quickly then I'd suggest having a wafty crank before seeing a wg and that should help.
