She has popped up in a search this evening,  and obviously the first place I check for reviews is here,  but I don't seem to be able to find anything.

Anybody seen her?  She seems to work with her fella and alone.

If anyone has seen her, could they share whether I should even bother to email her?

saw her a few weeks back.  grey haired lady , quite good figure but older than her stated age. bit scatty but friendly enough.
