I would definitely register on External Link/Members Only - it's not a version of AW, but more a version of UKPunting

It has links to the local sites with profiles, but then also feedback on performance, so I found it extremely useful. To corroborate UKPunting own Portugal evidence

  nope, I was not able to find one.

But if you search on google for a specific provider, and there is a review, then typically this site comes up. You can also use gp-pt.net and the provider name in the search bar and hope for the best.

I managed to work out that you only get the search function one you are a certain level of member, but they make the same suggestion about google
