Green to punting

i am Green to all this, just started and have bin enjoying my self , starting with massage with HE last week. it was OK, hoped i would not be so stressed and would have enjoyed it more , after reading a lot of reviews.  any advice for someone new, who would be and excellent for someone new to punting, to build up my confidence.
