I know it is rubbish, but it's the only rubbish we've got.
I just topped up my account to look at some PG's got halfway through the first one and then a message popped up saying I had to be logged on to view PG's. Tried logging on and got a popup saying my email address wasn't verified and so I clicked through to ask that a verification code be sent through. Nothing has come through, so I attempted to log back in and it gave me the option of verifying my email address online. Put in my email address that I have received notification from AW through in the past and I get a message saying that there is no member registered with that email address. So, now I can see AW info as a guest but cannot log in...and the most painful thing of all, I cannot access my £5 top up credited!!?
Anyone else not being recognised?
