With this coronavirus warning plus that the authorities are looking for the whereabouts of 2,000 chinese  people having arrived in the uk from Wuhan might it be prudent to avoid any chinese massage establishments until the all clear given

Offline watsey

I'm no expert but that's a very good point.  :hi: :drinks:

Offline Retep64

Must admit that I put off booking a massage today for exactly that reason.

Online shiptonlad

I wonder what the chances are that you will come across one of those 2,000 and how many of them will have had any contact with the virus. Sounds a bit alarmist to me.

your automatically assuming that its just chinese people who have this. so many tourist have traveled through the world and to affected areas. you could be sitting next to someone on bus, train etc who has this virus

I take your point but it only reinforces my view that the risk of seeing a Chinese device provider is no greater than travelling on the tube. Just get on and live life!

Like most of these stories I suspect that its grossly over-hyped by the media and the reality is that the chances of catching the virus in this country are somewhere between nil and non-existent.

Offline shed

Statistically the chances of catching it in a Chinese massage shop is zilch. Or even anywhere else in the UK. With respect don't understand the reason in starting the post on the subject

It might not be a happy ending

The virus is going to end up doing the rounds all over the world. People will get sick and so unfortunate physically vulnerable people will die but it won't be much different from a really bad flu virus. It will generate a lot of fear mongering click bait headlines but that's standard.

This is what I believe.  :hi:

Have you noticed that these viruses always start in godforsaken countries like China, Africa and so on?They never start here.

Do vegans have a case to launch a lawsuit against these chinamen who eat live animals?
(60 per cent of all human deseases come from livestock including pigs, chickens, cattle, goats.)

By coincidence it's the Chinese New Year of the rat. These chinamen are eating bats and live mice so the above stats are up to 75 per cent at least.

As hundred thousands of Chinese  travelled to China from the UK, for the Chinese New year celebrations, and many of them are masseuses, I would definitely avoid going to Chinese massage placeS or Thais as well, as there are nearly 10 cases found in Thailand as well

Best lock yourself in a room in complete isolation.  Avoid contact with everyone (especially those who look even remotely oriental). Avoid contact with bats or mice. Avoid eating meat products. Eat only pizzas as they can easily be slipped through the gap at the bottom of the door. Remember if you are British to keep a stiff upper lip and just wait it out out until it's all blown over. Oh for fucks sake everybody get a grip .Keep calm and carry on regardless. It's not the end of the world (yet) Before you know it all the shelves at the supermarkets will become empty as everyone starts panick buying. :dash: (P.S. Any body want to buy some surgical masks only £10 each on a first come first served basis)

Brilliant Mr B ......a sense of realism to counter the BLX some others are expressing.

If the Chinese officials are saying 25 have died from this that's probably shite. You need to add several 000000 to get the real figure!. :hi:

I understand the pros and cons on this issue and it’s down to personal choice for me I think that in reading a lot of reviews on the Chinese massage places the ladies seem to change quite frequently which would make me (if ever visited one) for the time being err on the side of caution

I would love to see in the papers - “Coronavirus now confirmed to be transmittable from mouth to penis after a punter was found in a Chinese rub n tug!”

I’ve shagged a fair few bats in my time. But eating em is a different ball game, and is just not cricket!  :)

I dont think we are getting any where near the truth. China doesnt quarantine tens of millions of people for something it isnt taking very seriously.

I think for a safety aspect it is best not to visit any Chinese massage parlours until this awful virus is hopefully dealt with .

Offline oldmanking

amazing how many of those saying to steer clear don't have any chinese shop reviews themselves, so therefore fair to assume don't visit them as a rule anyhow?  :unknown:

also disappointing how much casual racism is being allowed to remain, as people panic unduly.   :(

for what my opinion is worth; i try to stick to the same few chinese sp's, and know none of them went home for cny, so will continue to practice my usual sensible visits as per usual.  :P

Seriously, I am going to avoid Chinese Massage Shops until this dies down. Let's face it many ladies have returned to China for new year or will know someone who has come back to UK. Not  worth the risk

I well remember, as a boy before WW2, the highlight of the week was on sunny summer Saturday afternoons, when the Corona lorry came down our road, tooting as it came, and I was sent out with 6d. to get a bottle of dandelion and burdock to drink as we all sat and watched my father mow the lawn.

I think it was bought by Britvic and then discontinued in early '90's

I reckon that something bad has spooked them and there're not letting on what it is i or they don't know as yet.

Seems it can spread whilst the person is in the incubation stage now that is new and rather scarey:(

In all seriousness I would suggest give Vivastreet a wide berth for a while. Many of the Chinese girls are on there and in almost all cases are bait & switch. Not my own experience but taken from the many posts in the regional escort review sections.
