This is a real disappointment. I knew her years ago, at both Blue Ice and The Studio, when she was known as Mischa and provided a damned good, indeed quite exceptional, service. Sounds as if she has become "tired" and let her standards drop - not uncommon, in my experience. She was on my list for acquaintance-renewal, but no longer. I don't think that it's reasonable to generalise like this. Yes, some have a problem, as do some white Brits and some Europeans.
