Condoms with no "teat" on tip for deepthroating?

I only see girls for facials one deepthroating, however, I only ever have covered oral.

Trouble is, the "teat" on the tip of the condom often irritates the throat of the girl. Does anyone know of a readily available condom that has no teat?

Any info most welcome.

All the Trojan Ecstasy ones but they don't stock them in boots etc, online only. Durex, Pasante & mates all have teats I think.
