Author Topic: Advice ..escort secretly videos my meet now demanding money  (Read 8093 times)

Offline hantsguy50

Some expert help needed .
A few days ago I had the first punt I demanded money back there is a review on here .
Tonight I get a Wats ap video showing clips of our meet   recorded in secret I presume from somewhere on the window ledge from the view it's has video and audio and is crystal clear sadly. There is also a stills image of me walking up her path and also entering her front door
She is. Now demanding £1000 in cash to prevent her as she says making it public

What do I do

I can't really go to the police as I am married and also work in education

What can she do with this
If I pay what do you think the chances she will destroy the recording or just extort more money

Does anyone have any first hand praticall advice of this sort of situation

Offline Billy no mates

Police ASAP (blackmail illegal, seeing escort not)
Wife and school won’t be told if you report crime.

Name and shame even quicker to protect fellow punters.

Anything else and sorry I don’t believe you, we’ve had these stories many times .

Police, they will keep it quiet.

Offline hantsguy50

Ok that the police recommended then.  Ok time to man up and get there in the morning.  Just a what if.  I presume I not the only one...maybe I am I don't know. Whatcare the chances  she will do anything with the recording once the police are involved.
Her profile has gone  so I can't link and name and Shame. I will most definitely keep a eye for when she re surfaces    she was on numerous sites but all gone.  I have a alert set up for new members that should match and if I see anything I will tell about it to protect others

Offline hantsguy50

Oh and the phone number was not her aw phone so she must have a collection

100% go to police, probably wasn't happy about your negative review of her which may have prompted this! What she's sent you + the calls after from her 'pimp' should be enough for police to go on, as you've already said if you pay her £1000 will it end there! Don't think you'll have to physically go to the station and can probably phone up to preserve some anonymity initially

What he said up there.

If you pay this money it will not stop, 1000 will turn into 10'000 and so on, this kind of extortion relies on you being to scared someone will find out.

Remember she only has photographs and video, she doesn't have your real name or personal information,  please tell us you used a punting phone  :dash:

Get yourself to the police ASAP like first thing in the morning,  report the crime, show them the evidence and go from there. You could also contact national ugly mugs for advice.

They have no right to inform your employer as you have not broken the law and done nothing illegal.

You have a right to request that the police do not disclose the case to your family.

Lastly make sure you add a link to the profile and to your review here

Yes of course, but by doing this and insinuating without naming, he may (may) be trying to get revenge for the meet that went badly.

It must have been daunting, I’m sure you shat your pants first time reading I would have probably done so too, we all try and keep those two lives separate and the unthinkable damage that it could do if they crossed is Terrifying.

All the recommendations are correct so far and it seems you’ve taken the right approach.

“Now demanding £1000 in cash” - In cash, trying to make it untraceable. Like also said before, it would not stop if you gave in, she’d get that taste of cash and milk you till kingdom come.

Definitely report to police, fight fire with fire.

Glad you posted her link, maximise the exposure on this, she could be doing this to multiple people!

Can you post the number so she can be tracked that way also if she pops back up?

If anyone else finds themselves in this situation best bet is maybe a PM to someone like Daviemac for advice, rather than making it look like some sort of "revenge" attack!.

I very much doubt that most any other punter would feel that way after being ripped off. She will be in very deep shit if the police come round and see her!.

Hopefully that will be an end to it. A very good case for anon punting phones if ever there was one!! All a bit odd in that she mamaged to take pics of you did you see her do that?!

My advice would always be the same, report it to the police, or at the very least point out to them that blackmail is illegal and so is posting covertly filmed videos online and include something like the pic I posted earlier to show you will go to the police.

Also as even sending the message is illegal send this link as well. - External Link/Members Only

As others have said, definitely go to the police, but as long as she hasn't got any of your real details, what does 'make it public' really mean? She can't put it on your Facebook page or anything - it's almost certainly an empty threat hoping you get scared and pay, I doubt you'll hear any more about it if you dump your old burner phone.

He did name her. He said he had just reviewed and the review with scam warning is there

Offline Mr Sinister

As others have mentioned I'd report it to the police, any further messages from this prossie let her be aware you've reported it also filming a sexual act with someone without their consent is a criminal offence, she's a cunt and one I hope that's gets caught.

What sort of update are you expecting after less than 12 hours since he started this thread. If he has reported it he won't have been interviewed by the police yet.  :unknown:

How quickly do you think the police work on an incident like this. Even if he did report it first thing they aren't going to send an armed response unit out on blue lights and sirens. They make an appointment for you to either go to a police station or for them to come to you and make a full report.

This is a police matter.
let them set up the way she is caught

Voyeurism
Demanding money with menaces
Blackmail
Assault - (Doesn't need to involve touching) Putting you in fear of your safety, causing you Harassment, Alarm and Distress

These are serious criminal offences and she needs her collar felt asap

As well as the civil action  you can bring to recover damages under the Protection From Harassment Act

save all info you can about her then later publish it on here when she re-appears under another guise.

 I wondered what you were on about until I read his review of the scumbag ( old hag) in question and saw the photos he posted of her. She should be prosecuted for crimes against fashion.  :D. I assume he will report the incident to the police and would be interested in what the outcome is. If any .As Lamboman says I don't know what they will do about it, what do they do nowdays ? If my recent experience of being a victim of a crime is anything to go by then you report it at your local police station you just get told to go online and make out a report. In other words unless it's a violent crime or murder they are not interested  :dash:

Did you read the OP??  The bloke's married, how do you think he's going to keep a civil court action away from his family?   :unknown:

Also can you explain where the assault comes into it? as far as I'm aware an assault can only occur in a face to face situation. I'm quite happy to be corrected on this though, so if you could link to the relevant legislation that states being threatened over the phone is an assault and not an offence under the Malicious Communications Act 1988 linked to above I would appreciate it.

Offline PumpDump

Reading this is one of the reasons why I have never done an incall.  All my punts have been outcalls at hotels where I was staying.

I think you are slightly overestimating the risk. Thousands of incalls take place every day and nothing like this happens. It is as likely to happen in a hotel. Hidden cams are so small nowadays you wouldn't spot them. How do you know her handbag or purse sitting on the bedside table in your hotel room doesn't have a camera recording you?

Offline PumpDump

For the OP, throw away your SIM card and optionally report it to the police. It is unlikely you will ever hear from her again.

Assault is the apprehension of unlawful violence on the person, no touching needed.
Battery is the physical application of force to assault.

I've read that but to me it indicates it has to be a face to face meeting, not a threat over the phone.

Quote
Assault, as distinct from battery, can be committed by an act indicating an intention to use unlawful violence against the person of another – for example, an aimed punch that fails to connect. In Misalati [2017] EWCA 2226 the appellant spat towards the complainant. The appeal court confirmed that although there was no actual violence, spitting is an assault whether it makes contact with the victim or causes fear of immediate unlawful physical contact.

Again happy to be proved wrong.

Have you read -  External Link/Members Only

Others have gave good advice so I won't repeat. You might be interested in a TV documentary covering the same issues if you need a little reassuring.

Something very similar appened on Ch4's "24 hours in Police Custody". The police were very discrete and sensitive. They take sex blackmail very seriously as the situation can escalate all to quickly. Blackmailer got 5 years, victim was not even mentioned in court.

I remember that, they had the blackmailer watching the drop off point. At the time quite a few on here put the blame on the escort (I won't mention the skank) but it turned out she was an innocent party and knew nothing about it.

There's been a couple of cases in the NE of escorts blackmailing punters and been jailed for it.

I hadn't read the full details of what took place in this particular thread, so possibly not all of my remarks fitted these facts, but i have summarised several offences that can easily fit this type of behaviour and The Malicious Communications Act was helpfully mentioned too.
