Has anyone used and successfully made a booking through the online booking in AW ?

OK just asking because made a booking online 3-4 times and never went through.

You need to make some contact first and agree a time/day.
I think a lot of them take bookings outside of AW so the time you want may not be available.

Agreed , I found the booking system on AW works well. But I would suggest calling  or sending a message to the WG, confirm Service etc. Then place booking once you are satisfied with the intel.

Yes.
Only once had a problem after confirming first
So sent her a message, and she had to do something with availability and was sorted quickly.
