There is a glowing review from "Anth G" signing off with "diamonds, still the number 1 agency in the world".

Sounds fishy. Are diamonds up to their old tricks or is the review legitimate?

Now before Blackhawk labels me as one of the 'dumb pricks' who defend Diamonds, I think they are quite capable of running a decent agency into the ground but I don't think even they are this stupid.

Anyone on this forum knows that Holycrosser wouldn't book an EE girl especially from Diamonds and Anth is allergic to girls over 24 so he wouldn't be booking a 32 year old.

The review is nothing to do with me. I have not seen Layla and don't really have any desire to see her either as I have even less desire than Holycrosser to see an EE girl.

I can say for certain there will never be a review from me for any girl that is not British (or better put a girl who English is not her first language, so for example I would see an American/Canadian). I seen Penny around May of last year and she was nice but I don't really want to see any other EE girls. So any EE girl review claiming to be from me will be fake.

This is really pissing me off quite frankly. Over the last 3 years I have given diamonds a lot of custom. I have given a lot of good word of mouth directed to them too (when most others have stopped using them) and the thanks I get for this is my name being used to try and trick people into seeing their shit Eastern European girls as the tone of that last review is clearly not someone else with a similar name they are clearly trying to mimmic the tone of my reviews.

And I do not believe they are unaware of the situation of fake reviews as I remember when I posted a year ago about the EE girls having bareback in their AW profiles. The very same day I posted this they were informed of the topic and along like a shot to clarify things. I never PMed them of that topic last year. But they still knew of it the same day.

As you are aware, we have recently had several fake reviews sent via the website recently including quite a few using various Aliases from this forum. Apologies to those this has affected, in particular AnthG and Holycrosser. The office staff had activated the feedback without realising it was not from the person whose name was being used.

These have now been removed and we have changed the way feedback is received and activated.

Firstly, the feedback entry section of the site is being changed so that the name, date of appointment, time of appointment and telephone number used to book are mandatory fields so feedback cannot be entered without this information. If the details entered do not correspond to a booking on our system then in will not be activated.

Secondly, nobody in the office will activate feedback for the foreseeable future apart from myself. This way I can try to keep track of it and cross reference IP addresses etc.

The above should make it impossible for anyone to send in feedback other than those who have genuinely made a booking.

I'm pretty confident the guilty party was recently banned from this forum. Apologies once again.

But the fake reviews are prevalent only for the EEs. For example Tanya (who my fake review is still there, not deleted) quite frankly is appalling with constant reviews from "big mo, "average mo" "little mo" "pint sized mo" "asian mo" all in a row one after the other.

How on earth that did not ring alarm bells I do not know. It is so obvious Tanya is self reviewing herself and taking the absolute mick in the obviousness of it. Or are we expected to believe the "Mo" family have all booked her one after the other and left her reviews one after the other for her?

Secondly this has been put in place since 2012. This was the post in September 2012 from Diamonds on X-North. So this should not be happening now!

2. Feedback
I find this a tricky one and very difficult to get the right balance as almost without fail, the clients version of events and the girls version of events will differ - more often than not I find the truth usually lays somewhere in the middle.

Here is how we handle feedback:

Any positive feedback gets automatically added to the girls profile once it has been verified (by that I mean the details entered by the client actually match a booking with that girl that did go ahead - we have had girls sending themselves feedback in the past so now we make checks against IP addresses to ensure this isnt the case).

Any negative feedback is verified in the same way and raised with the girl in question to get her view on the situation.

Depending on the nature of the negative feedback we will contact the client involved to see how best best to resolve the issue - this may range from an apology to a discounted booking etc.

I am sorry but it is so obvious someone is systematically trying to fake the EE girls feedbacks as all these fake reviews are always for the EE girls.

Why not just get rid of the EE girls. They clearly are offering a terrible service and clearly being dishonest about it too as I do not believe the amount of fake reviews going up about them is one guy having a laugh it is someone clearly trying to profit out of the fake reviews  - i.e clearly the EE pimp guy..

Another question why get rid of 10 British girls in one day. Nobody wants to see the EE girls. They want to see girls like Cindy/Macey (or at least I did). And yet they are all removed (all in one day) and EE girls are put in their place. The EE girls are what the problem is with Diamonds.

1. Fake Feedback

I would like to state for the record that none of the fake reports that have been sent in were created by ourselves. Neither have they been created by the girls or anyone associated with us.

Having reviewed all of the IP addresses for feedback sent for Grace, Macey, Layla and Tanya using the aliases AnthG, Holycrosser, Kal/themademan and the Mo family, they have all been sent from the same two IP addresses - coincidently the same IP addresses that Ginger Gary has used to leave feedback for his appointments.

We have had various issues with Gary for some time now - copious emails and texts, various threats and some issues that highlight he has too much free time, no life and leads a very sad existence in which he craves attention and lives in a fantasy world.

I will happily post these IP addresses if that's ok with admin?

Unfortunately Gary changes his phone number as often as his personality so it is almost impossible to prevent him making bookings and we tend not to realise it was him until after he has sent in feedback or sent emails/texts bigging himself up, saying how much the girl enjoyed her time with him (often in quite explicit detail) and stating that he and the girl have exchanged numbers and are now dating etc etc.

Clearly after being banned from this forum he has taken it upon himself to cause more problems not jst for Diamonds but also for various forum users.

As in my post yesterday I sincerely apologise to those involved as we should have picked up on this earlier. IP addresses and other details on feedback were not being checked properly which is our own fault and I hold my hands up to that.

From now on, feedback will be updated twice a week and only myself will be responsible for doing so. If the name, date, time and contact details on the feedback relate to an actual booking then it will be added to the site regardless of whether it is good, bad or indifferent. If any of these details are missing or incorrect then it will not be activated (I have spoken to our web guy to make these fields mandatory anyway so that should be in place shortly). Girls will be informed of negative feedback and will be given a chance to respond which will also be added to the site.

The only time feedback will be edited is if it is too explicit.

Yes it does seem odd but was it not mentioned somewhere that the owner George was taking a back seat from the agency so whoever is running it might not be on the ball as much and taking notice of all this otherwise cannot see why they would want his reviews on there website as he has been a pest to them and on here.
