Well most of the ones I report to AW get taken down after a day or two.
But they seem to be reluctant to do so nowadays, as you say, they profit from these fakers. They’ve implemented the thing where they give the potential faker 48 hours to verify the account, before deleting it. In other words AW earn another 48 hours worth of private gallery sales.
I’ve said it before, it wouldn’t surprise me if it’s AW themselves uploading a lot of these fake accounts.
