Reliable GFE - Barbican, Liverpool St, Shoreditch?

As the title says, I'm looking for a girl in these areas who offers a reliable GFE.

For me that means DFK is important, followed by the standard list of services. Most of all she's got to be warm and enthusiastic. So decent English is important.

Any Romanians are off the list - they just seem too unreliable and less likely to offer DFK.

My research doesn't throw up any strong leads.
