That's Yeva Shiyanova. She is not Romanian, she appeared in the Romania's Got Talent show but she is from Kazakhstan.

Wow - I like her even more now - she's quite petite isn't she? She looks taller in the original video as she has long legs but I's guessing 5'3" or 4"?
