Blokes in porn films are only there to provide the necessary equipment, and apart from that they're just in the way. Everything is for the camera, rather than for them. Which is why I've always rather poured scorn on the idea of a 'porn star experience'.

But I wonder if I haven't got the whole thing completely arse about face. I recently left a punt disappointed that the girl hadn't been more theatrical, and thinking that if she'd played the part of a porn show seductress it would have perked up the occasion no end.

Is that what a PSE is? I'd really like to know how it differs from a GFE, or from an ordinary day-to-day punt, for that matter.

I think the PSE is all about the higher level of enthusiasm and involvement from both the SP and consequently the punter. GFE is a more relaxed, gentle, polite session. DFK, semi submissive sex, cuddling and all that. PSE should be no-holes barred. The type of dirty sex you get when you pull a girl in a club for a one nighter. Frantic DFK, fingering, OWO, dirty talk, toys, squirting, deep throat, gagging, hard sex, anal, swallowing and the overall impression that the SP wants to fuck your brains out.
At least that is what I think a PSE is/should be.
Very few SPs out there offer this definition of service though.

It differs in one very material aspect - I costs several times as much cash as an ordinary punt.  Other than that there`s probably not much difference in most cases

I think you may have to change yur analyses around here...

The  porn star shoot is all about the male with the women merely additional, even if the women is essential to porn.

I do not watch porn anymore, but even when I did it, I sensed it was usually directed for the male viewer as such.

Moving it back to your question, it sounds as if you need a WG who seems to be enjoying herself and/or a WG who appears to be enjoying it in a genuine way.  Notwithstanding, I think some of the WGs may be not as pro-active sexually because this is how they are generally. Here I am not thinking vis-a-vis a WG who hates her job.

Personally, I think the PSE I may be well irrelevant to you in this instance with regard to the question you raise.

My own experience with porn stars is that it does not approximate to a movie shot but rather more of an intense GFE.

Basically it is a mythical experience, that you see on the porn screen which very rarely manifests itself in a punt, or in other words 'Punter's Delusion' 

Notwithstanding the issue that many of the porn stars are not really stars as such if we being honest.
