I've had some luck in the past with early morning meetings (though not quite that early!) but not with anyone who is currently active. In my experience, most WGs don't seem to be "morning people", and I can't think of any profiles I've seen that suggest an early start might be on the cards.
The only SP I can think of in that area is
External Link/Members Only or
External Link/Members Only. Might be worth asking - she can only say no.
I think your combination of location and time might be a bit of an ask.
Alternatively, maybe an RB would be an option?
