So what happened is this:
1. You turned up at property and had to wait as she was not ready.  This means you had a booking and got the address.  Also you are  in contact with Diamonds but you were not told of the flat/house no.

2. You are given the number, ring the bell and gain entry.

3. You dont like the girl and dont like the room.

4. You phone Diamonds to raise your concerns AND TO BOOK THE APPOINTMENT (I guess you're still with the girl at this point)

5. Diamonds cancels your appointment.

regarding item 4 - why would you book the appointment that you were already booked for.  also if you dont like her, why would you want to book an appointment anyway?  Why would you get angry at diamonds cancelling your appointment if she is a minger?  Why didn't you simply tell the girl and walk out if you wanted to cancel?

I think some explanation is called for.
