Welcome, having a few medical issues myself, trust me I've seen a good few different escorts in the time I've been back at it and the best advice I can give you is they won't think about it half as much as you will worry what they will think about it. Just to say if you're in your 30s you shouldn't need ED meds, but if it helps with your confidence until you get into the swing of things then that's your choice.

It seems that your ED is possibly just nerves and performance anxiety which is quite normal in the early days of punting, so my advice is to just go for fbsm for a while and preferably with a more mature SP. You're not expected to perform, just enjoy the sensuality and relax.

Thanks so much for the replies everyone, will take it all on board! Also, just to clarify, my ED has been a problem since I was a teenager so it's definitely psychological. I've been to a Doctor, more than once and outside of doing tests to rule out certain things, all they've done is prescribe little blue pills.

Also, the FBSM thing, I adore these, though even then performance anxiety is a thing and it's made worse by the fact that a lot of the ladies don't speak very good English. Though generally, they understand which is good. I'll definitely be looking out for the MILFY sorts of older women though. Kinda like those.
