Whoever wrote the review is quite correct in that she used to do facials... but that was in the very early days, you're talking about 4 years ago. Sadly (for me), she had stopped allowing that when I first saw her in early 2015.

So quite why this chap has left it so many years to leave a review, well could it be anything to do with balancing out the recent negative from Nigel? The timing would seem more than a little suspicious...
