Mandy - looks to be Pype Hayes / Tyburn area. This ad looks more legit as states level 3 qualified but opening hours are 10.00 - 22.00 which suggests not so legit.

Called this one the other day and she is in the B75 area apparently £40 for half hour, £60 for hour but she was a little abrupt (probably busy) on the phone, didn’t really get any great detail!
