Bad booking experience with The Luxury.
Agreed a meeting and being asked to advise if I had to cancel.
Unfortunately I had to cancel and sent that 2 hours ahead of the booking time and she replied I had to book her again in the week otherwise she would report me to the WG community as an address collector.
I tried to book her again few hours later to be told I now have to pay a deposit because I wasted her time and this is what it is for people who cancel.
Nice one: there's nothing like that mentioned in her profile.
