If I was in your situation and advised any AW girls that I had seen within the "infection window" - and they continued to work as though nothing had happened I think I would also have to name them on UKP.. what do others think ?

Totally agree. Irresponsible not to tell the girls you've seen and irresponsible to carry on until you get the all clear.
