I said before, it up to the W/G what price she set/charges. Some punters will pay, others will not and move on.
The thing I did not mention is the current “ripple” that I feel in London. It looks like a lot of girls put their rate up by £10 over the summer (rising rents?)
Could be a number of factors and currently, I mostly punt in and around the London area. But this, also effect other parts of the UK, IMO.
Not just £10, but £20 (P/H) in some cases.

Some of these W/G (and or there pimps), convert money in to other currencies. And with the pounds exchange rate, vs those other currencies.

The punting pound in my pocket and some others punters pocket. Hasn't magically adjusted it self, or seen pay packet changes, to reflect (
some) increased co$ts (noted above).
Some punters are only willing to spend, what they can.

For me (currently) its a matter of, do they provide VFM and if I'm willing to pay the extra.
This has removed many W/G, from my short lists, when punting. This increase may have lost that W/G some custom (for now).
As its a service based industry, they are affected by what people are willing to spend. The quality (and attitude) they offer and local competition, all play a role.
I have built a long hot list but most are not actually reporting for duty at the moment.
I've been mostly punting regs (even though some are hard to book) and some new W/G.
But to be blunt (currently) I'm quite happy to use those unspent (punting) funds on other activities or things. That in some cases, effect me in a more positive way, than walking away from a punt (good or bad).
