How long does Cialis really work for?

So my last time I thought I would try Viagra Connect. Took as per instructions. I belive its not one of the attributes so it could have been nerves and or the skill of the WG but I didn't have a problem of Cumming when I didn't want to. Again not sure if it was nerves or what but I didn't get hard right away and with me that's strange as I'm normally either soft or hard nothing inbetween but this time I had a healthy lob on.

For my next encounter as its going to be several hours I was thinking of trying Ciallis. I keep hearing it lasts upto 24hrs. Is this true as understand Viagra is supposedly max 4hrs. Also if I shoot how good is it at getting you back up for round 2 or 3?? Also how does it react to Alcohol? Not drunk but 2 or 3 glasses of wine??

Final two questions where is the best place to get it with out a prescription and should you eat with it or not??

It depends on the person. I am very sensitive to medication. I tried Cialis about 15 years ago. I found that if I took a 20mg tablet it would be effective for a week, but it gave me headaches and affected my eyesight too, so I gave it up.

I tried Viagra around the same time. With a 50mg tablet I would get so hard that I couldn't cum and the effect lasted for about 3 days.

Not tried them since.

Viagra gave me - as it does others - a slight headache. Cialis - or the copy version - lasted for 36 hours, and worked well for this ancient relic.

Although it's literally same as the cheaper brand TADALAFIL, I found Cialis is much better for the performance and duration, well worth using if you can and safely.  Get the most out of a booking.

In answer to your last paragraph, I purchase mine from an online Doctor via a well known High Street Health & Beauty retailer.
I did read somewhere that types of food can make a difference, which I do believe is true, so I refrain from eating prior to taking the tablet and before a punt.

1st few years of using Cialis, it does last 36 hours at least, and reloading time was quick for round 2 and 3 and there was no problem getting hard and have sex, say 3 times in 2 hours.  I have done it 6 times in an overnight booking using it.

Make sure no alcohol at all!!!

I get it from online doctors, lloyds pharmacy, is more expensive, but it's safer and reliable, always arrive on time.

In the early years of using it, I love it that I am still rock hard after cumming.  So round 2 can be straight after round 1.

I am lucky enough to have free prescriptions so yes it saving me a lot of money compared to paying for the medication.
In relation to the ED being mild I had gone from having no problem with erections to non-existent erections , I don't know if its due to the ingredients of the Tadalafil or the physiological  effect or combination of both.
Im just happy that touch wood if you will pardon the pun its all working well at the minute.
The big change it makes to a persons self confidence is unreal.

It was just easier to get hard. I could feel the effect of the medication throughout my body. Neither Viagra or Cialis make you walk around with a constant boner. You have to be turned on to get the boner.  It seemed to do weird things to my eyes, so I gave them both up.

With all due respect those time scales are inaccurate and you must have been getting a psychological/placebo effect?

The key measurement for drug duration is the ''half life" ie how long it takes for the maximum blood concentration of the drug (which has been reached following administration) to be halved and as your body breaks it down.

The half life for Sildenafil is 4 to 6 hours which means that after 24 hours there are only traces of the drug considerably below the therapeutic level.

The half life for Tadalafil is around 17 to 18 hours so it's effects will last  much longer but levels will drop to below therapeutic levels after about 36 hours and certainly not beyond 48 hours, unless another dose is taken within that period.

From experience, viagra (100mg) works well for a quick punt, prob lasts about an hour if I’m lucky, but I’m constantly hard. Doesn’t matter if I’m think about sex I’ll get hard for that hour at least, bad thing is the headaches afterwards, and pain behind eyes, which is why I don’t really use it much.

Cialis, does work as well and will last for a day and night, and maybe morning at a push, but I’m not instantly hard, if I’m not in the mood I don’t get hard with it, even when I am in the mood I need stimulation to actually get things moving, however once things are going it does stay quite hard, but not rock hard like viagra, just like a normal one. You are probably right. I just know that my body is very sensitive to medication. It reacts quickly to medication and then seems to take quite a while to get it out of my blood stream.

Viagra connect last into the next day for me . I would say 24 - 30 hours

All the documentation says it should last for 36 hours but in my experience the effect probably lessens once you've gone to bed or after 24 hours. For me the stuff make it easier for me to get hard and even after cumming I would remain hard for a good couple minutes before going soft, and I could go for a round 2 with a shorter rest than if I hadn't used it. Apparently the stuff can lower your sensitivity though, I definitely struggle to finish a 2nd after that

I take half a Cialis about 2-3 hours before, i can feel the effects at least 24 hours later. I only take it if I'm doing anal or a party. Don't drink with it I get indigestion and have had hiccups, rather embarrassing! I don't use Viagra as I get headaches

Having outlined in my previous post my use of Tadalafil I would have to say that my experience of the drug is that it boosts self confidence in a way that cannot be easily explained but I have found that ones sexual awareness is greatly enhanced which converts into being able to get an erection and perform the deed when required.
This being from a person who uses the drug as a necessary help to boost his sexual ability not a recreational user.
To those who have said that they feel the sensation was deadened by the drug I would say that twice in two years I have found myself unable to cum, the first was HE with a very nice masseuse who was naked and could have wanked me for a week and I was unable to orgasm even though I was fully erect.
