Hi All, has anyone been in a dilemma where they have put off the opportunity to be with a civillian because of punting?

Currently I am forgoing these situations because of the variety punting has to offer...(haven't gotten down my to do list yet and even then i am sure i will find an excuse because its only a matter of time before another dime pops up on AW)

Anyone else in or been in the same boat?

I hear you but OWO is so much better, i have gone from some would say... risk averse (OW only) to OWO all the way.

I guess at the end of the day if you want the best of both worlds, sacrifices must be made.

There's no good reason you can't have a gf and still punt. Indeed, it can sometimes be the "best of both worlds".

You should also be making it clear to other girls that you like to keep things casual and basically they need to wake up to the fact that it's 2018. Based on what you've said, you should be aiming for something more along the lines of fuck buddies/friends with benefits type relationships.

I presume you're young and so you need to remember this is your prime time for civvies and it won't last forever. Whereas with punting, age doesn't matter (except at the extremes). You should be making of most of things now but you should also ensure that the time you spend trying to get girls is also time that you enjoy (e.g. make sure you're enjoying your nights out or whatever etc). Don't be wasting all your time chasing girls but don't be wasting your best opportunities either.

Hi, yes it seems that way given my profile activity recently.

 - firstly, I posted 7 review all at once, these were backdated i thought i should contribute that.

- secondly, I do have a bucket list which I am going through, although it may seem like a tonne, it is still in keeping with a 1.8K per year budget. Its just top heavy atm.

 - thirdly, due to the nature of work, I tend to squeeze a lot in a short period of time e.g. 6 months worth in 2 months then nothing for 4 months...

 - Lastly, i have heeded the advice of the scholars on this forum and mates regarding seeing civillians/civillian

When I'm in a relationship I stop punting, I did just that for two years. It's different if say you are in an unhappy marriage and I won't judge anyone who does or even those that see girls on the side in a new relationship, but if have a relationship they are always serious relationships were I want to make a go of it and not FWB or fuck buddys or other glorified one night stands masquerading as relationships.

He's just a young guy trying to figure things out; he's named after a videogame so I doubt he's older than 30. If I thought he was twat or prossie posing as a punter I wouldn't reply to him unless it was in jest.

No quite the opposite, just starting up with a new lass, a bit younger than me, usually goes for the older type, something feels right. Have not punted since seeing her, and have not had the urge even though not shagged yet.
I think there has to come a time in everyones life you have to take a step back and look at things.

Never. IMO why should I deny myself different girls? That's one of the benefits of punting...

One thing with punting, I feel it has put me in a much better position with women, I can read there signs more, know how to get them turned on, what they like etc by the noises they make, and thats just by just touching and caressing . It has made me much more confident, knowing that I know exactly what I am doing

Sound advice OP. You should really consider this if you are young. Most civvies wont give you a PSE, but you can have a lot of fun. I'd rather go for a civvie as there will always be punting opportunities no matter how old you are.

good advice already on this, would say never miss out on that, if the opportunity comes up best switch off your P phone and stop logging onto UKP in your lunch-break for a while and just concentrate on what's right in front of you!

Very sound advice, and it works, but can't just resist coming back on UKP and adding a few comments to threads.
