DD - work out what you want from your punt, Cost First - in call - out call, services required:- OW or OWO, CIM, DFK, DT, A, size of body, age group, location etc.
If you use search (as example on AW) you can choose your preferences and at least you should see some WG's come up.
Select some you like the look of and they meet your requirements then research on here, look at their feed backs and then choose and take the plunge.
Make sure you have the time and date you are available and see if they can accommodate you.
I have been using this process for the past couple of years and fortunately, not had a bad one!
