I know the pharmacist will ask some questions but does it get back to my GP?  and can I remain anonymous?

Relatively anonymous. Quick chat with the pharmacist and you're good to go

Why would you worry about anything getting back to your GP anyway?

Yes fine usually get them from ASDA at the Beehive in cambridge there used to be a young lady pharmacist there who "interviewed" you but last time they were promintly displayed BUT still had to have a few words with the older lady pharmacist there. I don't think they do tell your GP I think you may have a choice but i'm not bothered being single anyway.

I saw the other day that Tesco at Fulbourn had them right on the counter dunno if you buy two the third pack is free;?

Those ones do work well I now take a 100 mg one being quite big it think its a bit size-dose dependant but don't quote me on that! I did have some varied results with the ones they had before but do NOT take them on a full gut it does help to have an empty one it seems to absorb better, anyway happy punter here those and a decent girl made for a very good time last week:-)

Just man up and speak to the doctor, you'll save a few quid and can get the stronger meds if you need them. I've a female GP and that felt awkward especially as shes faf and younger. Ah Mr Murloc would you like to demonstrate your problem for me?  :D

Cannot get Viagra on the NHS. Your GP can prescribed it as a private prescription and it's normally cost more then the usual fee.

OK so I'm getting Sildenafil (100mg per tablet) on a script that I pay £9 for per box of 8 tablets so yeah not Viagra but it is used to combat ERD and seems to do the trick for me.

Offline Feeling Hopefull

Well I get them free on NHS and have done for years

Online Watts.E.Dunn

Hopefull, do you not have to have some ongoing illness or condition to qualify for that?

OK probably depending on what area you live then but I can say my GP refused it to me.

thanks everyone - off to a large chain pharmacy out of town!

I've just checked and Boots will do this online and you go and pick up a package, could be anything available from their click and collect products

Order it online. I use dr.Fox (google is your friend). They deliver to a Lloyd’s pharmacy wherever you like. You go in and collect like you would any prescription. It’s very easy!

Their website doesn't offer delivery to Lloyds pharmacy that I could see. Only your home address or another nominated address

I agree you will find your doctor helpful when approached.
Viagra and Cialis not available on prescription where I live in N Ireland except for those who have diabetes or have suffered a heart attack but a private script is available from my doctor on request for Sildenafil and Tadalafil at no cost for the prescription.  I have got both from my local Boots in 50/100mg and 10/20mg.  I have been charge £1 per tablet regardless of the strength. My last script was for 16x20mg Tadalafil and cost me £16 Whereas 4 Viagra Connect 50mg are £20

When I went to the GP they told me I couldn't have it on prescription unless I had diabetes. I get it from assuredpharmacy online.

Zavamed.com,was dred.com one of the cheapest and deliver next day to a post office of your choice. If you use some of the ones that deliver to a pharmacy, then it's these people behind it, cheapest way I've found of getting it delivered anonymously in a white box to a post office. Just need id to collect

Once I get the diabetes from assuredpharmacy I can then go to my GP and get viagra on the NHS.

Offline Dixiepeach

i usually get mine online from superdrug and posted to local post office, very reliable service

I buy them online via the website of Lloyds Pharmacy/ online doctor. You then pick them up from a convenient Lloyds Chemist. I am of an age that I have to take several medecines, some strong, and my concern is drug interaction. With the online service you list all drugs, strengths etc and they do a thorough check and then revert to report. I'd recommend them for fellow oldies here
