I actually went once to see a Romanian in high st Kensington somewhere (She was cheap than chips as Steve described them) in a flat not hotel. To my NOT surprise it was a different girl, she was less pretty than the one advertised on AW but she was ok for a fuck.
The thing is most Romanians (not all), they just not only deceive you by a different person, even though if that person is looking not too bad, but it is the services they advertise for, even if you have agreed with them beforhand by email/phone, they always find a way to go around it once you pay them.
I am talking about those Romanians/Hungarians that comes here as tourists and stay two and three weeks working as amateurish escort, they make a few bucks then go back to their country. They know UK punters are easy target to get done and they pay more for less.
