A good 10 minutes at a brusque stride. Could be 15 if you are slower. 5 minutes and a fiver in a cab, I found on the way back the walk is actually quite easy.

I visited her earlier this year and found that the drive wasn't quite straightforward from where I started. Her place is roughly equidistant from Berrylands and Surbiton stations, so if you can easily get to Waterloo station then consider using the train.
