First of all cancel that £280 duo. You certainly do not need a duo! One girl is enough. That will half the price for starters.

Maybe limit yourself to 30min punts with a top of £80 a visit.

When you are tempted to ring a whore, have a wank, set up an ISA and transfer money in there. Maybe get one where you can't take money out for a certain length of time without penalties. Start saving for a house deposit or a car etc.

Do other stuff - join a gym/sports thing, go watch sport, go to the cinema, try make effort with your male mates more often - go to the pub, go bowling etc. Maybe even try get another job alongside whatever you are doing, maybe 2 shifts a week in a supermarket or something - less time to punt but more £.

Maybe get a porn account. Brazzers is about £70-80 a year, some other sites are even less. Less than a hour with some girl, you'll get 24/7 access for 365 days. i second this but then again its easier said than done, in my case i have a Gf yet i still punt(maybe abit too much) im in a happy relationship but theres just something about the rush i get from punting on top of the sex uno.
