Yes, in theory an ultra professional person will disregard everything.

But the reality is prossies are human beings not robots, so politeness and cleanliness and anything else which harnesses a positive atmosphere, is likely to impact the punt. It's stupid to think otherwise.

Doing really well with dry january, 16 days and counting. Exercise has lapsed a bit,as work,weather and general fuckwittery of dark days has got to me slightly.
At least sitting in front of the TV isn't piling on the calories like before.

I'm under 6 ft. and my weight can fluctuate between 13-15 stone depending on my lifestyle at that particular time.   Anything 14 and above is hard to carry and not look like a fat cunt if you are not blessed with height.  Binge drinking not only makes you fat but gives a horrible shape.

Ideally I would prefer to be on the 12st mark but I don't think that being a bit overweight really matters for the SP, as long as you pay and are presentable. I think they care more about personal hygiene like well groomed hands and feet, good dental hygiene and overall body smell. Not that I'm fat but I think those other things are more important for my confidence.

Also, the weight thing has more to do with having a good health (no diabetes, no high bad cholesterol, etc) and being more nimble and perhaps enduring a bit more exercise in the sack . Other than, I don't worry.

For most of my life, I've had a real complex about my weight. I'm 5' 4" tall & have rarely weighed less than 12 1/2 stone. And yes, being at the fluffier end of the punting spectrum, I worried about being too heavy for the girls I saw!

I resolved to do something about it when I came home from holiday a couple of years ago. Since then, I've lost 1 1/2 stone and feel so much better about myself, both in my civvy life; and in my punting career, too.
