I'd exercise caution. 
Firstly, through some digging, I've gleaned that although she states on her AW page that she's from the UK, she is in fact Romanian.
Secondly, the English on her AW page is as near as damn it, perfect. A Romanian is hardly likely to use the word 'plethora'.
Thirdly, there's one - just one - review of her on UK Punting - it reads like an advertisement rather than a review and it decries another, rival escort in MK.
Fourthly, this 'escort' always communicates via text.
Fifthly, I telephoned her four times today to see if I could actually speak to her (I was intrigued) - each time her 'phone rang, then it went to voicemail. Then about 5mins later she sent me a text saying that she was busy and if I wanted to make a booking I should do it via text.
Sixthly, photos look fake to me.
Maybe she is real (she has feedback from 47 punters on AW) - but personally, I'm doubting her authenticity.

I can certainly oblige my friend, I seen her a few times over last 2 years. I saw her on Sunday just gone, she is legitimate. I have seen her three other times in a threesome with Tania, who you listed as touring with her.

The disclaimer on her profile going on about constant texting / harassment from timewasters to me indicates she is at legitimate, why would a Pro$$ie post about that? To me it speaks of experience with TW's. If anything, I know AW reviews sometimes mean little, but 47 reviews isn't a small number and are done by a variety of men, the only question in my mind would be "Is her service good?"
Well I can tell you it's good, not the the greatest punt I ever had but certainty above average. She has a good blowjob technique and will suck for hours no questions asked.
