Looks like they've clicked clone on her belly button and tried to use the same skin tone at her waist.
Didn't do a very good job as it's an unsightly bulge there now.

That's a classic. Why do they bother though. IMO most would walk if what they're expecting (by way of viewing the pics) did not match the reality. I certainly would !
