Never bothers me.  One girl would send me random "Hey!" texts well after leaving AW.  After a few pleasantries a "You horny?" would follow and an impromptu session if I was.  Still the best oral w/CIM I have ever received and a vigorous shag.  She'd have £40 - half her rate - to pay a bill and me an empty ball bag.  Good times.

Last girl I saw I actually said she could text me when she's next in town.  I'm single and you can always say no.

It's fine if you've agreed to it, not otherwise though.

The only time it's been a problem for me is after I've had a cull of my numbers then I'm not sure if it's an old friend, ex or an escort and I gotta try work out who it is.

Had one miss-call me this morning. Luckily her number is not stored in my phone.
I emailed her via AWank and told her not to ring my number again.
I'll see if she listens.
Trouble is that she is an excellent shag.

Of course I wouldn't, I can't afford a fucking punting house too.
Nearly spat my coffee out reading that. Funny as fuck, punting house.

It's not really how the game should be played getting a text from a WG might be a bit of a ego boost for some of us it could lead to ruin.

When I want to see a WG I will call her it should never be when she calls me because the gas bill is due.

Only fools would consider it an ego boost. It's a tout, nothing more and nothing less.

I know but some guys get very fluffy when it comes to WG and end up being played like a fiddle came close myself a couple of times in my early days.

When aren't they touting? But a tout that will invite a lower offer from me. So I'm content.  ;)

Me too! I'ts funny though, in relation to Daff's post, I once got a call from reception in a hotel i was staying in.  The receptionist said my friend was asking to speak to me.  Intrigued, i asked to speak to my friend and it was some foreign bird who said she had come back round to see me.

I knew i hadn't booked any prossie's so i froze and said i didn't know what she was on about, and put the phone down.  All these years later i'm still kicking myself as when i came out of the haze i had a very good idea who it was.  ah well :)

As I have a 'naughty phone' specifically for my punting - which is switched off with the battery removed when I am not using it - I don't mind.

Any particular reason for removing the battery ?
Other than for this eliminating the very small chance that the 'on' switch is accidentally pressed
Just interested - i simply turn the Nokia off

My second punt, she must have kept everyones numbers and used it as a fucking mailing list. Every other day I'd be getting texts saying shit like "Horny? Come and fuck me in the ass now for £40" or "Sloppy blowjobs today only £10". Yes she used to use the American version of arse (ass), yes she was THAT cheap (her £10 BJ's became a regular price fixture) and yes she was fucking revolting but by god did she give one hell of a fine, sloppy BJ! I ended up texting her back and asked politely to be removed from her mailing list which to her credit I didn't receive another text after that.

These days I have a handy little android app that acts as a secret phone, kind of a middle ground between no security and punting phone security. It is a contacts list, message centre and web browser rolled into 1. It can only be accessed by typing a pin number into your regular dial pad, it can block calls or texts from the numbers you save in the contact list and the browser is decent for bookmarking regulars. Granted if a WG was to text you from a number you didn't have saved you'd be pretty screwed though! If anyone is interested in the app I made a post about it a while back...

Or GPS tracking?

To go back to the original post, I regard unsolicited commercial texts from anybody as spam. It doesn't matter whether they are from escorts, scamming ambulance-chasers or whatever. They are unwelcome. And the people concerned don't get my business.

IMO its always a blocking offence to send unsolicited messages.

Recently one fairly well known woman had her profile deleted off AW and started sending texts asking for reviews on her new profile with the promise of a tenner off (Further proof if needed on why you don't  trust AW reviews/feedback)

I think I get more annoyed though with the text confirmers, a few girls I've seen insist on sending me message after message confirming I am still coming.

Tracking.  :hi:

You're still emitting a signal to relay stations whilst the battery is in, so can be triangulated to an exact location. So anybody with an iPhone who cares about such things would need to remove their sim.

If Wifey happens to find it in my Man drawer (it's an ex company Nokia now PAYG phone and text only...) and switches it on out of curiosity, she can't. The battery is hidden in with a load of crap in another drawer.... Just stops my paranoia if she goes near my man Drawer looking for something.

Even if she manages to find the battery, ensure the Nokia phone is PIN locked, that way no one can access it.

This sort of thing has only happened to me once.

The WG with whom I had my worst-ever session in 7 or 8 years of seeing Indies, rang me [although completely unexpected, it wasn't embarrassing because I live on my own and am retired] out of the blue one morning a few months later to ask if I wanted to see her again.  She was so persistent/desperate that, in the end, I had to tell her that I'd "retired" from punting because I'd met a girl who I was seeing in Civvy Street.

Some months after she made that phone call, her Profile raised some suspicion on AW and was deleted.  I'd love to have known why because she didn't seem the kind of WG who'd usually have that happen to her; she was a mature [possibly the oldest I've ever shagged! :scare:] English woman.

I'm as sure as I can be that the WG I referred to in the above quote is: External Link/Members Only External Link/Members Only

Before her old profile was deleted by AW, she was using the name "mature steph" and what she's written in this new Profile is VERY reminiscent of what she had in that deleted one.  Oh; and if it is the same WG, her age is definitely in "Pro$$ie years!"  :D

Had a different slant to this. A few months ago I texted a WG, but we didn't get anything sorted after a few texts. Then about a month ago, got a text from an 'Ariel' a WG from Derby, telling me she's avail, with a link to her profile, with rates, etc etc.

If this wasn't bad enough, she had taken over the phone from the girl I originally texted and was punting for business by texting all the numbers in it. Luckily I use a punting phone, but imagine if I hadn't have done. The text itself would have got anyone into deep trouble if the wrong person saw it.

I texted her back noting that this was un-professional and remove my number. A week later she sent another text. I was livid. So I booked an appt over the phone and 'failed' to turn up, then phoned her to ensure she removed my number. So far, no more texts, but makes you realise why you NEED to use a separate phone for punting.
