TOFTT - A virtually extinct Polish SP

Haven't punted for quite some time because for obvious reasons but have been looking over the past few weeks for a reliable and well reviewed SP to suit my needs but with little success..
Although this lady would be TOFTT, totally against my norm, she certainly ticks all my boxes and a being Polish is an added bonus.
Any thoughts or experiences to share regarding her before making a planned booking next week would be greatly appreciated.
