So, lots of talk on pricing in various threads but wanted to raise it more generally. I tend to punt around the Leeds, York and Harrogate areas - we all know that Harrogate has always been a little more expensive. Who knows why, more wealth so the girls charge more? Higher cost of hotel/apartment?
What I have noticed recently is there is a creep towards £150ph being the going rate in Leeds and elsewhere. It's not there yet and there are some well reviewed girls who charge a lot less. But it is creeping that way.

For example, I have never paid that figure and so never met with External Link/Members Only or External Link/Members Only
as however well reviewed and good she may be, I have baulked at £150 ph. There are now a plethora of girls charging this, whereas it is my feeling that a year or so ago girls like Candi were the exception. Likewise £80 for 30 mins is now common, again not so very long ago £60 for 30 was the accepted norm.

In the same way that lots of us don't mind paying Apple an exorbitant price for a shiny, good looking gadget that on the whole works very well and would rather that than a cheap import whose quality is questionable - you could argue it is just market forces.

So now, I am thinking I may as well pay £150 for a top quality, well reviewed girl - accepting YMMV. That is a shift in mindset from me reacting to the rising prices.

I've rejected top end pricing with lasses as I feel that they are on the whole not GVFM. The only exception now is agency lasses.

What I've been doing recently is looking at the £100 to £140 range and if necessary burning the diesel to go get them.

My next "target" is a lass in the EM that starts at £140ph and drops to £240 for 2 hours.

Hi MG,  I had noticed a bit of an increase in price as well, like you and Mr fish I refuse to Pay £150 my top whack is£80- £130 but much prefer  the 60–70 and 100 -110 range for 1/2 hr and hour.
 Just occasionally you can manage to negotiate a good 45 minutes price, especially if you catch them on the hop  and they hadn't really thought about it  beforehand.  Joe

 I won't use agencies it seems obvious to me to cut out the middleman. I meant negotiating with the girl herself for a 45 minute rate.

Might just be that I mainly started out with agencies, but £150 per hour is kind of what I see the typical price as being and would be willing to pay. Totally see the point about the agency cut so why should indies not account for this, but I think £150 is the norm now.

What gets me is the rapid increase in the 30 minute rate. Seen a number of newbies recently advertising as £100 for 30 mins. With zero feedback and limited services. Fuck off luv!

Even £80-£90 ones are becoming the norm. For me, a 30 minute booking should be around half the price of a 1 hour booking, maybe allowing for just a little more (so around 60% of cost of 1 hour)

What if there just isn't a girl that meets your criteria on either looks or services for that price. Then you're forced to look elsewhere at a higher cost. I'm not saying anyone should blindly pay ridiculous rates but sometimes they're that way for a reason - demand, for example.

I would rather spend more on a one off that is what I'm looking for than choose a couple of options that end up doing nothing for me.

Got to be down to punters willing to pay over the odds or girls I St not that bothered about fitting in several clients a day. Like you say the prices some are quoting is laughable! I've not punted in a month+ because nobody is really taking my fancy locally (Sheffiled is terrible) and anyone who does wants £150+ an hour n I'll only do that as an exception.

To pick up on the prices subject.....

I've posted on many an occasion about greedy price rises... the muppets that think it's ok when a lass ramps her price up just for the sake of it are the main cause of the price hikes....

Tontober was a success in 2015, 2016's effort was piss poor by the punters, well, maybe a lot partaked but very little contributed.... it's the contribution that drives the initiative.

I'm in two minds as to the usefulness of a main board tontober thread this year, it might be better in regional boards... see where that goes.

There's nobody on here more price conscious than me  but it's not a "being tight" thing, it's about vfm and swerving the downright greedy... the greedy being the lasses that think it's acceptable to charge eye watering money and still give a mediocre experience.

I'll bet there's none of us earning two pounds PER MINUTE on here. Yes, I know it's a job like no other, but, it's a wage like no other neither.

I'm definitely interested in lasses that will do 2 hours for £200 as that's my preferred minimum time for a punt.

I've noticed this trend too. Lots of girls sticking £10 on. AV1 and EscortScarlett are two that come to mind.

£60/£100 is the sweet spot for me. Anything over that is too much.
